RSV shot today

Took the babes to doc today for February RSV shot!

Cora - 10 pounds
Cami & Carter - 9lbs 12 oz

Doc is very happy with weight gain. Tomorrow Parents as Teachers is coming to the house to look at their development and discuss activities we can be doing to work with them. They are right on the calender with "what is normal" so we are feeling mightly blessed. Ped gave us a ton of formula and coupons today! Every bit helps!

Smiles, cooing and holding head well although not happy on tummy holding head. we have started time in their Bumbo chairs, reading, tummy time, swing and under their gyms. Oh, the day in a life of a 12 week old!

Collin did outstanding at Hockey last night. He has finally gotten the hang of his skates and is enjoying his lessons again.

Tomorrow Chris Collin & I are off to the boat show.....................anyone have a money tree growing?

Much Love to all!

Happy Saturday!

Does anyone else have unbelievable Spring Fever? I am soooo done with winter. I love it, it is beautiful, I love the entire Holiday season....but come on, enough is enough. The winter chill (ice box) needs to move on out.................I am ready for planting my garden, flowers, getting our deck complete, arguing with my hubby regarding my outdoor pool addition, you know, all of those fun things...:-)

Collin is doing great! He worked on the Letter R this week and at home we worked hard on pronouncing the letter L. Instead of Love, it came out Wove....Lunch, Wunch, you get the idea. We started asking him, son, Did you mean Wunch or Lunch? It called his attention and he started correcting himself. It is quite cute. The little lizard tongue comes out and it very over exaggerated LLLLLunch......sometimes it is LLLLWunch (close)...hehe

The babes are doing well. We weighed them last night and Carter & Cora are around 9 lbs 14 oz and Cami is 9lbs 9 oz...or so............................They are hovering around 20 ounces this week with their daily intake. It is sooo frustrating monitoring their intake, some days outstanding, some days so so. At the end of it, they are happy and thriving and I need to be OK with that! They are doing so well and I need to remember that I am not as hungry some days as I am the others!! Cora & Cami still have the sniffles, but nothing earth shattering. Snot City but we they are breathing fine, no coughing, etc. HOORAY. Continue to pray it stays as the sniffles! They are all smiling more and starting to find their voices --- sometimes the loud ones! LOL They are sleeping super at night. We feed at 8:00, 1:00 and then anywhere from 5:00 - 6;00 depending on Carters built in alarm clock!

Amy is off to driving school for the day...........Let me say again for any mom reading this.....this really is the best idea EVER, a live in Au Pair! www.aupairinamerica.com

Family --- all of your new pictures are in the mail! Look for them Monday or Tuesday!

Tonight we are playing poker! We have 18 players for Texas Hold em -- -very excited!

Also - if you read this silly journal of our Circus, check out the comments, post one, let us know where you are from, I would love to hear where all are from!

Much Wove to all!

Thought this was very funny. However we went from 1 -4 way too quickly! It is called SURVIVAL!!

Mommy of 4 - Valentine

Yesterday we had the nicest Valentines Day Dinner. We actually all sat down and had dinner together. Got to work harder at doing that a couple times a week.

Collin & Daddy went shopping and apparently after several attempts at Scooby Doo Videos, Spiderman Sunglasses, he finally settled on a new coffee cup for mommy. I have to say the cards mean so much when you see the little handwriting that concentrates so hard on every letter to write "mom, I love you".....warms my heart. The babes all received a stuffed valentine dog and new Christmas Ornament and Collin received some new crocks, Grave digger Monster truck, Jump CD & a christmas ornament. He helped everyone open their presents. We were sad that Amy couldnt share the evening with us, as she had school but Valentines Day found her a new offee cup, "Imagine" bracelet and some yummy chocolate. The kiddos didn't forget dad either, he is sporting a fancy new "Worlds Best Dad Coffee cup".

Babes are doing well. Cora seems to have a stuffy nose. We started running the vaporizor last night. I pray she doesn't get a full on cold or worse. I am guessing that if one gets it, we will all share it. urgh.

love to all.

My Best Birthday Present EVER..........

2 Month Checkup

Shots Today.......Each baby received their first vaccinations. 4 each, yep - 12 shots total. The kiddos were all so brave. Each screamed so loudly that the next county heard them, but they were troopers, they only cried for about 2 minutes each. Once they realized it didn't hurt any longer they stopped. Dosed them all with tylenol for fever and sore thighs.

Cora - 9#'s and 19.75# long
Carter - 8#'s 15 oz and 20.25" long
Cami - 8#"s 14 oz and 20.25" long

Each range from 3% percentil to 10 % percentil. We increased the girls dose of zantac to help with their refulx. For the last 15 days or so, all three have been receiving rice cereal in their bottles at every feeding. It has helped reduce their spitting and they are enjoying and doing well. Doc said to increase if we wanted since they are only getting 4 teaspoons per 5% bottle. We are now mixing Similiac with Alimentum 50/50 for the girls formula. Starting to slowly wean them from the Alimentum($$$). Carter continues on Enfimil and doing great with it. Carter has a slightly herniated /outie (sp) belly button, but it will improve over the next 2 years. Nothing to be concerned with. Other than that........picture perfect healthy babies!

It is also a very big week this week, Babes have all started "real" smiling. I hope to get some pics taken - but they are hard to snap!

Much Love,
One proud momma!
